This is our Artist Retreat house.

It is just blocks for the Plaza, yet removed from the chaos. This work of art is made for luxurious living and entertaining, Santa Fe Style! The centerpiece is a jewel like great room that is surrounded by the gourmet kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a large flagstone patio. The patio has views of the Sangres, mature Aspen trees and an incredible double sided fireplace that connects through to the great room.

This three-bedroom home (sleeps max 8) has a grand master suite with attached roof deck offering panoramic views of the Sangres and Jemez mountain ranges - delightful. The suite also has a spa-like bathroom with large steam shower, an oversized jetted tub and a fabulous travertine vanity for two. The guest bedroom suite has great morning light, a terrace with views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and a large en-suite bathroom.

The third suite is an apartment. It is an apartment with its own bathroom, kitchenette, sitting area and loft like high ceilings. This loft has a full bed and two sofa-couches. The access to the house is just like another bedroom, but it has its own entrance as well.

This house is a great solution for your Santa Fe vacation. It is perfect for 3 couples, large family, or just for a nice cozy vacation for 2 people. The location cannot be beat and the space oozes class and luxurious living. A small study has a fold-out bed that offers an additional sleeping space.

Unbeatable Location:

You also are going to love the location. It is an easy walk to the plaza (shops and restaurants) and Canyon Road (galleries galore). The plaza is 4-5 blocks (6 min walking) and Canyon Road is 6 blocks away. It is also on the road to Santa Fe's best spa, 10,000 Waves (4 minute drive). The "Waves" is a world class Japanese style spa with hot tubs, excellent massages and lots of other treatments. Other convenient amenities are the neighborhood gym, tennis courts (4-5 blocks) and a great sunset viewing park (3 blocks).
 
We live in the same neighborhood and really love it. Quiet, convenient and safe. We would not live anywhere else.

For Big Parties:
If you are going to have a big party (wedding, family or friends reunion etc), we also have houses #40207 (3 bedrooms - sleeps 2 to 6) & #39635 (3 bedrooms - sleeps 2 to 7). In total you can have 9 bedrooms (sleep up to 21 comfortably).
