This new, warm & cozy home has all the necessary components of a fine Santa Fe retreat. The Pied a Terre’s living room and dining room have high beamed ceilings. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with large granite counters & pro-style Jenn-Air stainless appliances.

Best of all, this home has two large master suites. The first master has a steam shower and views of Sangre de Cristo and Santa Fe Ski Mountain. The second one has a large jetted tub. It is just perfect for relaxation and a nice treat.

As it is a new home (just finished construction in March 2008); linens, towels, china, furniture everything is new.

This house is everything that you were looking for to enjoy your vacation with elegance and comfort!

You also are going to love the location. It is an easy walk to the plaza (shops and restaurants) and Canyon Road (galleries galore). The plaza is 4-5 blocks and Canyon Road is 6 blocks away. It is also on the road to Santa Fe's best spa, 10,000 Waves (4 minute drive). The "waves" is a world class Japanese style spa with hot tubs, excellent massages and lots of other treatments. Other convenient amenities are the neighborhood tennis courts (4-5 blocks) and a great sunset viewing park (3 blocks).

We live in the same neighborhood and really love it. Quiet, convenient and safe. We would not live anywhere else.

For Large Parties!

If you are going to have a big party (wedding, family or friends reunion etc), we also have houses #183910 (3 master bedrooms - sleeps 2 to 6), #181678 (3 bedrooms - sleeps 2 to 7), #236788 (2 large master suites + studio: sleeps 2 to 9). In total you can have 11 bedrooms (sleep up to 26 comfortably).
