This condo is located in the Water's Edge complex on Horseshoe Bend
next to the Lodge of the Four Seasons and Witches Cove golf course.
You can enjoy the holiday fireworks shows up close from the comfort
of your condo's deck! Water's Edge enjoys a premiere location at the
lake and features a gated entrance with security, swimming pool,
tennis courts, small playground, and an abundance of mature trees.
This extremely spacious 1,800 sf unit is in a building with only 5
other units and is situated off by itself next to a wooded area. Each
of the three bedrooms has access to a private deck with a lake view.
The main deck holds a gas grill, table and chairs, and also has a
main channel lake view. The photo in this advertisement shows the
actual view from this unit.
The master bedroom features a king sized bed, television, walk-in
closet and large private bath. Second bedroom has two double (full size) 
beds, large closet and full bath across the hall.
Third bedroom has two double (full size) beds, television/DVD/CD combo, large
closet, and a private bath.

This unit is fully furnished, with a full size washer/dryer, all
kitchen utensils, dishes and appliances and all bed linens and bath
towels. The fully functional kitchen includes dishwasher and
microwave, full-size refrigerator with ice-maker and an electric
range/oven.  Outdoor deck with view of lake holds new propane grill for 2013.  Grill out and enjoy a cold drink at the deck table.  Eat outdoors or enjoy the eat-in kitchen with a lake view or seat a larger group at the dining room table. The unit has a wood-burning
fireplace (artificial logs only, please). Three TV's along with
basic cable television service is included. 2 DVD players are
provided.
All you need to bring are your personal items for a relaxing get-away
at the lake.
We also have a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit at Waters Edge - you can book
both units for family gatherings.

Lake of the Ozarks is a resort town. All water activities are
available (boating, jet ski, parasail) with numerous rental locations
nearby. This condo is conveniently located near a number of golf
courses, including Witch's Cove, a Robert Trent Jones course. Water's
Edge also is close to many restaurants and bars including the Toad
Cove complex, a regional outlet mall, and the Bagnell Dam 'strip'. A
little farther away are two state parks, a water park, and several
caves open to the public.

We will rent this large spacious condo on a nightly or weekly basis (2 night
minimum), but will also consider a long-term rental.    MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT.  Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day) are subject to a 3 night minimum at weekend rates with a $25/night premium over standard summer rates. A  $95 cleaning fee will be charged on all rentals of less than 5 nights.
No cleaning fee will be charged on rentals of 5 nights or longer.   Refundable damage deposit is $100.

Payment is by personal check or money order.  Credit card payment using PayPal is available (additional fee of 0.03% would apply)
