Lovely Venice Island beach home is located in the Golden Beach section of the Island. Only a short
walk to Sharkey's on the Beach and 3 short blocks to the private beach easement of Golden Beach.

This home features a Master bedroom with a queen size bed, walk in closet, private bath with shower and T.V for your enjoyment. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The main bath has a large tub and
shower, as well.

Living Room has sliding glass doors that lead to the caged pool and lanai. Kitchen has a window and door to the lanai that serves a a wonderful way of entertaining.

There is a one car garage and plenty of yard for your enjoyment.

This home is turnkey. All linens, towels, and beach chairs are included. Home has a full size washer and dryer for your use. Ceiling fans in every room add to the island effect. Also has central air and heat. It is freshly painted and decorated and has Terazzo floors which add to the home's cleanliness.

CD stereo, BBQ grill, microwave, coffeemaker.

There are also public beaches, in addition to our neighborhood private beach. Just down the road is a pet friendly beach.

Many restaurants and golf courses are nearby. Free tennis courts are just a short distance in town.
Just bring your golf clubs, tennis rackets and bathing suits for a great vacation.

May 15, 2010 through December 31, 2010 $1,500.00 monthly

January 2011 - March 2012 $3,150.00 Monthly. 3 month minimum.
April 2012 $2,500.00 Monthly
Add 12 % tax
Cleaning fee $90.00
Security Deposit $250.00 returned within 30 days of departure.
Small pet allowed with additional $200 refundable security fee per pet.

Weekly Rentals available upon request.

Wonderful Summer Vacation

My husband and me had a wonderful time here. The house fits all our needs. the more important need was to bring our dog with us. Perfect size. The private beach was 3 blocks away. The dog beach was a 1 mile away. House clean and had everything you need to be comfortable.

Our kids came to visit us on the weekends and we all fit perfect.

Maryannn is an excellent landlord and we will rent the house again next year.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with teenagers, pet-friendly, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Our stay in this lovely vacation home was great. Anything that you could possibly need was in the house. The house was clean and the location was excellent. It is a nice walk to the private beach. It has a nice pool and lanai area that is well cared for. I would recommend this house for a great vacation and would love to return again for a future vacation. Maureen & Tom

Winter in Florida

We loved this house. Two bedrooms and sleeper sofa were more than adequate to contain my visiting family members. The beach is 3 blocks away and we walked to it at least once daily. Other beaches are within a short driving distance. The grocery and dollar stores were conveniently located and reasonably priced. There are great thrift and specialty shops right on the island. The neighborhood was very safe and clean; lots of friendly folks out for daily walks. I would (and have) recommended this house to friends and family. The owners were very available by phone with any questions we had once at the house and service people were prompt and friendly. The only thing I would recommend would be to have a solar cover for the pool, brrr it was cold for us adults; but the kids were swimming daily during their stay. We have already booked for next year and are looking forward to our stay.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, tourists without a car
