Lovely Venice Island beach home is located in the Golden Beach section of the Island. Only a short walk to Sharkey's on the Beach and 2 short blocks to the private beach easement of Golden Beach.
This home features a Master bedroom with a queen size bed, walk in closet, private bath with shower and T.V for your enjoyment. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The main bath has a large tub and shower, as well.
Living Room has sliding glass doors that lead to the caged pool and lanai. Kitchen has a window and door to the lanai that serves as a wonderful way of entertaining.
There is a one car garage and plenty of yard for your enjoyment.

This home is turnkey. All linens, towels, and beach chairs are included. Home has a full size washer and dryer for your use. Ceiling fans in every room add to the island effect. Also has central air and heat. It is freshly painted and decorated and has Terazzo floors which add to the home's cleanliness.

There are also public beaches, in addition to our neighborhood private beach. Just down the road is a pet friendly beach.
