Vacation Rental Description

Located in the City of Key Colony Beach, brand new,(1900 sq.  
ft.) ground level oceanside home with each side having one car  
garage on the west side of a deep water 100 ft. wide canal. Direct  
access to bay via Vaca Cut with dockage of 37.5 ft. Equipped to  
accommodate boats up to 30 ft. with dockside electric and water,  
dock guards, ladder and cleats.  There is also a fish cleaning  
station and bait freezer for your use.  Everything including  
furniture is new and top of the line. 
 
MEMBERSHIP IN CABANA CLUB which includes use of ocean front heated  
pool, ocean beach, jacuzzi and snack/tiki bar all are a short walk.  
Needs nothing, just bring your luggage. 
 
Whole duplex with each side individually available or rent both  
sides for your large gathering, sleeps up to 16.  Check out Palm

Vacation Rental Amenities

King size bed in master bedroom with cable TV, and private bath.  
Queen bed in second bedroom with TV, 2 Full beds in 3rd bedroom with  
TV. Finest linens, towels and fully equipped gourmet kitchen with  
the finest cookware and dinnerware, ice maker, microwave. Ceiling  
fans in all rooms, central air conditioning/heat, laundry located  
adjacent to kitchen with full size washer and dryer. Sony Wega 32"  
Flat Screen TV with Sony DVD/CD player in living room, CD player,  
stereo, telephone with answering machine, outdoor furniture, table  
with 4 chairs, lounge chairs, Weber gas grill, and fish cleaning  
table.  
 
There is Absolutely NO Smoking inside the home.

Activities and Attractions

Many diving/snokeling and fishing charters nearby. Tennis, par 3  
nine hole golf course and one of the finest restaurants in the  
Florida Keys within walking distance. Located in the Middle Keys one  
hour to Key West or Key Largo.

Vacation Rental Rates

Available for Weekly Rentals     Rates are in US Funds 
All rates are for 6 guests in 1/2 duplex, each additional guest add  
$50 per guest. 
Excludes Holidays - Thanksgiving, Xmas, Mini Lobster Weeks - $2000/wk 
 
August 17, 2008 - December 31, 2008 = $1200 per wk 
 
Call for 2009 Rates. 
 
Security Deposit of $500 is required to reserve       
 
 
Add 11.5% Sales Tax.  Cleaning not included in rental fee.
