These two waterfront homes in Josephine make this the perfect location for the entire family.  The 150 foot waterfront property is covered with shady oak trees, tall pine trees and beautiful magnolia's.  There is a two bedroom/one bath house with central air and heat that will sleep 6.  This house has been extensively remodeled just this year and is equipped with all new furnishing.  The one bedroom/one bath has window AC units and will sleep 2.  Both homes are fully furnished with linens included.  Outside there are two piers for docking your boat, a hammock, a picnic table and an upper deck that is perfect for relaxing, reading or entertaining.  Stroll through a shady nearby park, walk to Pirate's Cove for a swim (dog's welcome) and don't forget to enjoy one of the Cove's famous burgers or pizza's while you are there.
