The property was clean and had all the basic necessities. The pool needed to be cleaned more regularly. I saw someone only once or twice doing a quick skim. The private beach was also nice but again the chairs were not cleaned either.
There is tons of things to do in the near by vicinity. The cruises and tours of the lake were great.The Naswa resort had an awesome beachfront bar, I will definitely go there again!

Recommended for: families with young children

Owners response: Our Association had to prioritize clean-up tasks this year due to the re-asphalting of our driveway and landscaping project, which is now complete. So, the beach chairs were last on the list. They are now clean. Our Association has a company who maintains and cleans the pool on a regular basis. They may have been delayed due to the asphalting project.
