$3800 per month, one month minimum for high season 2011: JAN, FEB, MAR, APR. For stays over one month high season, price negotiable. (includes utilities up to $75.00 per month.)

One time application fee of $150.00 for couples and $100.00 for singles is paid to Moorings at Lantana. This is to perform background, credit check and orientation to community after arrival.

Utilities included not to exceed $75.00 per month. For short term rentals only.

Basic cable included. 

$150.00 cleaning deposit returned if condo left in the same condition at time of check-in. 

$150.00 Pet deposit

$1500.00 damage deposit.

11.5% sales and tourist tax for stays less than 6 months.

$1,000.00 to hold reservation. Rent paid in full 60 days before occupancy.

Covered valet parking included for one car.  Additional guest parking permits valid for three days maximum.  Additional parking spaces available at additional cost.

Check-in Time 3:00 PM  Check-out Time: 12:00 PM  (negotiable)

For renter, security may be obtained in the form of renter's insurance or travel insurance for short stays.
Policies typically cover the following:
 • Damage to personal property from fire or wind
 • Theft
 • Personal liability in the event you are sued over accidental injury to others who are in your apartment
 • Accidental damage to property of others in your care
 • Living expenses if you are forced to live elsewhere while your apartment is being repaired
