Cash or Personal check or Travelers check. Our pricing includes at no
extra charge: All towels and
linens, breakfast foods (eggs, bacon, pancake mix - enough for your
first two mornings), cereals,
fruits, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bottled water, mixers, milk and
cookies, chocolates and soft
drinks.A fresh baked loaf of warm home-made bread hand delivered upon
your arrival.

Pets are allowed on a case by case basis -- please call with your
request. Please feel free to
smoke on the front porch and rear deck areas.

Advance reservations are recommended. Deposits

A prepayment of 50% is due within 7 days after reservations are made.
The remaining 50% is due 21
days before arrival.

Cancellation

Check in after 3 p.m. and before 7 p.m. / Check out is requested by
noon - but we are flexible, call
with your request. Deposits are cheerfully refunded when cancellation
notice is 30 days prior to
your arrival date..

Fees & Taxes

A one time cleaning fee of $50.00.

Taxes - 6.75% to the state, and 5% to the county - 11.75% total
