Advance reservations are recommended. Deposits
A prepayment of 50% is due within 7 days after reservations are made.
The remaining 50% is due 21
days before arrival. We accept Cash or Personal check or Travelers
check or Money Order.
Cancellation
Deposits cheerfully refunded if notified within 30 days of your
arrival date..
Fees & Taxes
A onetime cleaning fee of $75.00
Taxes - 6.75% to the State and 5% to the county. Total of 11.75%
