When you arrive, you�ll find the beds freshly made with crisp linens and soft, fresh towels in the
baths. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils and the refrigerator and pantry
will already be partly stocked.

Accommodations include three well appointed bedrooms with two full baths, sleeping up to six people.
Beautiful pine log walls and wainscoting accent the living room, full kitchen, and bedrooms. You'll
find this charming residence a comfortable mountain home away from home ... and a fooseball table
and ping pong table for your gaming pleasure.

Valley View boasts a large welcoming living area with a gas-burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings, oak
floors, hickory cabinets and satellite tv ... a king size master bed, a double bed and king bed in
the guest bedrooms, a full size washer and dryer, an outdoor gas grill and a fully equipped cooking
kitchen for the creative chef.

Enjoy brilliant sunsets from the 10 by 54 foot rear view deck. Watch Golden Valley sparkle as night
sets in.

Valley View Cabin is privately owned by the Ramassini Family and was built with the purpose of
escaping to the beauty and serenity of the North Carolina Mountains. We hope your stay at Valley

conditioning, and satellite television with DVD. Outside, relax on the spacious rear porch that
spans the length of the home. This area is perfect for a quiet sunrise breakfast, an afternoon read
on the swing or an intimate sunset glass of wine.

The surrounding area is extraordinary. The SunsetLodge has the perfect location; enjoy your privacy,
while still remaining conveniently close to town. Explore beautiful local attractions, like
Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and gorge, Linville Caverns, the Blueridge Parkway, Little
Switzerland, Black Mountain, Chimney Rock, South Mountain State Park, Lake James and Lake Lure ...
all within a 45 minute scenic drive or less.

Advance reservations are recommended. Deposits

A prepayment of 50% is due within 7 days after reservations are made. The remaining 50% is due 21
days before arrival. We accept Cash or Personal check or Travelers check or Money Order.

Cancellation

Deposits cheerfully refunded if notified within 30 days of your arrival date.

Fees & Taxes

A onetime cleaning fee of $75.00.

Taxes - 6.75% to the State and 5% to the county - a Total of 11.75%
