A prepayment of 50% is due within 7 days after reservations are made.
The remaining 50% is due 21 days before arrival.



Check in / out and Cancellation Policy:

Check in after 3 p.m. and before 7 p.m. / Check out is requested by noon ... just let us know if
you'd like to arrive or depart outside of these times and we'll do our best to accomodate you.

Prepayments are cheerfully refunded when cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to arrival date ... other arrangements are available.
