This is a beautiful two story 2800 sq f. vacation rental in Sedona, Arizona located in the peaceful and tranquil 'Cup of Gold Estates" rural neighborhood. It offers breathtaking 360 degree views. They are among the very finest views in all of Sedona with its star filled night skies.

It is a unique Spanish Villa style of home with creative, designer features throughout. The villa offers comfortable furnishings and a large spacious main room with a super grand fireplace. It features a large open deck from which the red rock formations of Sedona can be viewed, especially Cathedral Rock (the second most photographed rock in the United States).

The interior features a spacious living room with a large 18ft ceiling and walls of glass. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with granite and cherry wood.
This property has 3 beautifully arranged, designer decorated and comfortable bedrooms, a large therapeutic salt water hot tube with two loungers and built in music system.

The outdoors features red rock masonry, swinging love seats and a trail from the garden that leads to the beautiful Oak Creek River (15 minutes walk). There are many areas for privacy and relaxing in the backyard.

Borders Red Rock State Park and Red Rock Crossing, which are two of Sedona's most popular nature attractions. Golf course 5 minutes away. Located on a road of custom horse properties, on a high desert mesa completely encircled by mountains. Stables located nearby for horse rentals.

Couples only using the ground floor-(king master bedroom and living area, with decks overlooking the rocks), will be given a 15% discount.

Cleaning fee is  $250  for up to 6 guests ,$300 for up to 9 guests and  $350 for up to 12 guests.

Pets require cleaning fee of $200  for de-odorizing/cleaning.
Deposit - when the booking is made 50% of rental fee is due.
The balance is due 30 days before rental begins, plus the cleaning and pet fee (if applicable).

Cancellations: FULL REFUND is given minus $200  admin. fee when cancellation notice is given thirty days before arrival date.

In the event that cancellation notice arrives with less than 30 days notice a full refund minus the $200 admin fee will be given only if we are able to re-book those dates.

DESCRIPTION OF AREA:
The home is not located in a subdivision. The neighborhood is beautiful for its views, wildlife, and the many pueblo style custom homes. It is upscale and very safe. All of the properties in the neighborhood are on 1.6 acre minimum lots and are mostly unfenced (except for horse corrals), giving it that wide-open Southwestern feeling. There are numerous hiking, biking, and ATV trails in the immediate surrounding area.

The large open living room with high ceiling and African slate tiled floor provides lots of comfortable seating to enjoy the red rock views. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the great room and has a gas stove and sub-zero refrigerator. With lots of comfortable seating, the deck spans the great room off the back of the home allowing plenty of space for everyone to relax. A salt water hot tub with it's own spectacular view awaits from a lower private patio.
This home is also perfect for a couple, using only the main floor, which includes master bedroom with king bed. Excellent for honeymoon or anniversary couples. !5% discount for this option.
