Sept - Dec: $1100-2100/month or $800-1100/week
Holiday/Special Events: $1050-1895/week.
Rates = 100-250 per night depending on time of year and length of stay! 100-200 dollar cleaning
fee plus 250-500 refundable deposit depending on length of stay.
