Vacation Rental Description

The Poison Creek Mercantile Building is located just off of Main Street on Heber Ave.  Recognized as  
one of the best locations in all of Park City.  Jean Louis restaurant is just across the street and  
next door The Sky Lodge boasts some of the best restaurants in town (Easy Street Brasserie and Fin.)  
The town lift accesses the resort and is just 250 feet away.  
  
Once you park your car in the underground gated garage and take the elevator up you know you are  
staying someplace special.  This multi-million dollar hideaway is private and large and comes with  
top of the line linens, kitchenware and electronics.  A Huge great room allows for group  
entertaining. Bedrooms suites off main room provide a nice private getaway to relax from a hard day  
hiking or skiing.  Full baths provide jetted tubs and a shared but rarely used roof top Jacuzzi with  
unbelievable views of the historic park city and ski runs. 
 
Sundance there is no better place to stay. walk out the door and you are right in the thick of  
things. But with a very private secure location. Key card access at every entry including a security  
gate at the garage with parking for your driver in a secured building. Perfect for entry and exit.  
Wood burning fireplace, 2300 square feet, loft like living at its best. A mixed use building with  
retail downstairs, entertainment weekly rented these spces last year and the building had all the  
Entertainers in and out all week. Its the best place to stay to see the city without ever having to  
drive anywhere.

the kitchen within the greatroom. Wood burning fireplace. TV's and direct TV in all the rooms. High  
Speed wireless 5  megs per second. Roof Top Jacuzzi over looking the Ski runs and the city below.  
Private secure parking. Walk to the Ski lift in 5 minutes. 200 feet away is the town lift to take  
you sking.

Winter: Skiing, snowboarding,snow shoeing, Snowmobiling, Heli-skiing 
Summer: Mountain biking, road biking, hiking, fishing, Lake Jordanelle is 15 minutes away. Boat  
rentals, water craft.  
Concerts in the park, movies in the park, shoping, fine dining and take out all here...

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates vary: The range is Early Winter 4000 per week, Holidays are up at 7500 and January 1st through  
April 15 is 5000 weekly. Sundance, call for rates. Available for nightly rental as well.
