The Marlin unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium is located on the 7th floor of the building affording great views of both the sand and surf. The condominium also features a fully stocked and equipped kitchen, wireless internet, cable television, and DVD player.
The guest room consist of one full size bed with en-suite bath. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed and of course a large private bath complete with jetted tub and seperate shower.
The living, dining and kitchen all offer exceptional ocean views. The large balcony also offers a great place to enjoy your view and catch the ocean breezes.
This condominium will comfortably accomodate 4 people.
Amenities here include a fitness center, complete with sauna and whirpool. Two pools, one rooftop and one oceanfront. Building is a gated community and key access controlled entry.
