away vacation spot. Incredible sunrise views start your day and from there you can relax with your
180 degree views of the ocean or take your boat out to the Atlantic and its coral reefs or the back
country and Gulf for fishing, diving or exploring. Inside you will find a huge glassed-in porch
overlooking the dock area and open water. There you will find a dining area, TV area and a
sitting/reading area with stereo. In the home there is a large open living room with TV and kitchen
adjacent with an additional dining table and chairs. Amenities include washer/dryer, central A/C, 2
TVs, DVD and stereo, barbecue gas grill, dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen. For sleeping there
are two queen beds and two twins. At ground level there is a large fun area with pool table,
refridgerator, freezer, patio furniture, bicycles, fishing and snorkel gear, with 180 degree views
of the ocean and dock areas. This is a 2-story home with approximately a total of 3,000 square
feet. Nearby there are groceries, fuel, bait and tackle shops, banks, post office, restaurants and
more. The world class beach at Bahia Honda State Park is 15 minutes by auto and the National Marine
Sanctuary at Looe Key is 7 miles by boat. Key West with its incredible list of eateries, unusual
shopping and unique history is 30 minutes south. The airport in Miami is a 3 hour drive. This is a
non smoking home.

Amenities include washer/dryer, central A/C, 2 TVs, DVD and stereo, barbecue gas grill, dishwasher
and fully equipped kitchen.   In addition, each room in the house has internet access.  Outside, the boat dock is equipped with a 16,000 pound boat lift that is controlled via a remote control device.  The dock is also equipped with fresh water wash down, fish cleaning station, beer holders, electricity (both 110 and 220) as well as a shower.
