Great Florida Home, sleeps 8, pool, Jacuzzi, BEACH in Daytona Beach

Enjoy your Florida vacation when you choose to stay in my 3 bedroom, 2 bath,
pool home with Jacuzzi, located minutes from Daytona Beach Shores. The home is within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, movie theater, banks, etc. 1600 square feet includes a formal living room, formal dining room with authentic parquet flooring, eat in kitchen with island bar, family room with stone wall fireplace with French doors leading to large screened in pool deck/lanai area. To the left of the pool enclosure is a small fish pond with a park bench. I have always found it relaxing to sit with a cup of coffee and feed the gold fish in the early morning.
The Master Bedroom has its own large private bath which leads to the pool. 2nd bedroom has a queen suite, and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. The home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac.

**Plus one time end of stay cleaning fee of $100.00, pets on case to case basis, $250 pet fee if the

FYI This has been a pet free home. Security fee $500.00 refundable within one week of departure if
all was left as it was found upon
arrival.
