A spectacular 200 acre mountain estate overlooking the mountains & Lake Winnipesaukee.This secluded
4000+ sq. ft home has the best views on the lake and magnificent scenery from every room. Fully equipped cherry cabinet kitchen has a 6 burner stove top, built in microwave, oven, dishwasher, icemaker and disposal
There are 3 fireplaces. One formal fireplace, another fieldstone, and one brick reaching to the top of a Cathedral cedar ceiling with a wall of glass overlooking the lake.
The over sized Flordia sun room has 9 sliding glass doors to capture the fantastic views.
The huge deck is well equipped with padded lounges, chairs, 2 grills, tables and a hammock.
Master bedroom has a glass wall to view the sunrises, it has a walk in dressing room with an attached master bath. My home sleeps 12 people there is 1 king size bed and 5 queen size beds 1 being a convertable. All the beds are in single large rooms.
All tastefully decorated.There is a formal dining room.
There are 2 full baths and 2 1/2 baths.
The children's playroom is well supplied with toys and games. I have a crib and a walker. The recreational room has a 20 ft bar with a sink, refrigerator.

My home is very private with no neighbors only a beautiful view to look at, but still very close to
all the activities in the area. We have our own beautiful beach for renters and residents only.
We are 20 min away from Loudon International Speedway.The Meadowbrook Outdoor Theatre (famous stars
preform here) is only a few miles away. We have Outlook Mall shopping, Castle in the Clouds, Polar
Caves, Loon Center, Fall Festival Show, Also our beautiful Fall Foliage is absolutely beautiful
from my mountain. We have many famous restaurants in the area.
You will fall in love with the area and never want to leave.
