Conveniently located, the Quail Estate is just minutes from the famous Las Vegas strip (5.8 miles to the MGM and 2.6 miles to McCarran Airport).

Short and long term stays are available.  Nightly Rates range from $1550 to $1850 depending upon the time of year (average $1750 per night). There is a 3 night minimum for this property.

Special events are permitted within a normal stay.  Additional event fees begin at $3,500 and apply any time there are more than the 12 permitted guests.
