This is a 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom condo with a balcony which has incredible view of ocean and intercostals waterway. Breathtaking ocean sunrise can be viewed from balcony, living /dinning room and master bedroom. Master bedroom has access to balcony from sliding glass door. Master bedroom is furnished with a new queen size bed and has a connecting walk-in California closet. The master bath room has roman tub and double sink. The second bedroom has two new twin beds, T.V. and walk in California closet. Beautiful sunset over intercostals waterway and Indian river can be viewed from second bedroom and entry. The living room has a sectional sofa, T.V., VCR and DVD player. The
kitchen has granite countertops, new stove, new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender and amny more. The apartment is fully equipped with linens,towels, cookware, utensils, washer and dryer.

The Princess is well maintained building. The gated entry into parking area, locked building entrance and gated dune walk to beach will guarantee security in this building. The princess building offers heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, putting green, bocce court, BBQ, mini car wash and two tennis courts. Rental charges are seasonal:
December - April: $ 3,300/ Month
May - August: $ 1,700/ Month
September - November: $ 2,700/ Month
Association requires a minimum of 2 months rent and are subject to approval.
No Pet and NO Smoking
A discounted rate will be applied for rentals of more than 2 months.
A non refundable deposite of $ 1000 dollars is required to hold the reservation, the reservation deposite will become the security deposite (refundable) to cover damages, major inventory losses, long distance phone charges, electricity usage and a cleaning fee of $100.
Deposite will be refunded less amount due upon inspection of the condo.
First month rent is due 45 days before the occupancy, balance of the rent is due on the occupancy date.
