A gracious and charming two-bedroom two-bath home in the Palm Valley Gated Community of Palmilla Lakes at Goodyear. Located 15 quick freeway miles west of the Downtown Phoenix Arts, Museum and Theatre District, this home is a great location for your Arizona Experience. Built in 2006 this home is in pristine condition, with amenities that rival an upscale resort without the high price!!

Relax on the covered patio, walk the landscaped paths through gardens to our Neighborhood Heated Pool, or play golf at one of the two adjacent "Palm Valley Golf & Country Club" courses. All for less than the price of a single standard hotel room!

We have King size beds in both bedroom suites, a gourmet equipped kitchen, gracious and comfortable furnishings throughout. Central A/C and ceiling fans in all rooms will keep you comfortable. Free high-speed WI-FI internet and local calls. Our den/office is set up for professional use or for a children sleeping on temporary bedding.  

Do not make the costly mistake of booking a remote or inconvenient location wasting precious time and gas. Ask the owner "how far to the "I-10"? Our location 1 mile from the I-10 Freeway interchange makes connections to all areas of the Valley and State quick and easy. Also, our home is within walking distance or less than one mile from over 100 vacationer's restaurants, stores and shops, ranging from fine dining to fast food, a hospital, banks, houses of worship, rental cars, sports bars and recreational facilities.

Within 5 miles there are a total of 10 golf courses, as well as upscale and main stream shopping, the Wigwam Resort with the famous Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa, medical facilities, Litchfield Park, Glendale, Peoria and Luke Air Force Facilities. You are between 5 to 15 freeway miles to Spring Training Games for the Cincinnati Reds, Cleveland Indians, San Diego Padres, Seattle Mariners, Texas Rangers, Kansas City Royals, Milwaukee Brewers, Los Angeles Dodgers & Chicago White sox. We are approximately 10 miles from NASCAR at Phoenix international Raceway. 7 miles to Westgate Shopping Center, Renaissance Glendale Hotel & Spa, Jobing Entertainment and Sports Arena. Jobing is home of the Phoenix Coyotes Hockey Team and concerts such as Neil Diamond,New Kids, Metallica, Tina Turner, Carrie Underwood,Trans Siberian Orchestra, Celine Dion and Hannah Montana all in the next few months. Cardinals Football Stadium is 10 miles away as well as the "Tostitos Fiesta Bowl".

Our home features King size beds in both master suites. We are really setup for one or two couples, or Mom, Dad & three kids. We have a gourmet equipped kitchen, plus gracious and comfortable furnishings throughout. Central A/C and ceiling fans in all rooms will keep you comfortable during the Phoenix days and nights. The den/office features free high-speed WI-FI internet and an efficient space to work or plan activities. The living area and bedrooms all have High Definition Satellite television systems. Additionally, the living area features a modest entertainment and music system along with a library of DVDs, CDs, games, and books for you to enjoy during your stay. All linens and towels are provided as well as soap, a week's supply of paper products, cleaning supplies, and assorted spices and condiments.

We are within 5-14 miles of nine Major League Baseball Team's Spring Training Faciliies.

The University of Phoenix Stadium is seven miles away, Home of the Arizona Cardinals Football Team and The Fiesta Bowl.

Downtown Phoenix is 15 miles East of us, featuring the Theater, Arts and Entertainment District, as well as The State Capitol and the "US Airways Center", home of the "Phoenix Suns" and "Roadrunners" as well as other events.

The White Tank Mountains and Estrella Mountain Recreational Areas are right out our back door.

We are located very near Luke AFB. Our fully furnished home is available for Military Personnel, Contractors, visiting family and friends. We are available for a week or several months. We salute all personnel and guests of Luke AFB for their support of our freedoms.

We enjoyed your place very much. Everything we needed was there. There wasn't anything missing as far as we were concerned. Thanks for taking care of the problem so quickly. We found the location of your house just perfect for our visit. All the golf courses we played were within a 10 minute drive.
I think the farthest we went was to the hockey game and even that was close. We're not used to not having to drive a lot when we're in Phoenix.
The neighborhood was really quiet. We would definitely stay there again. Please let us know if anything comes open in February or March. Even a couple of weeks would be fine.

This rental home was more than we had expected. Nicely decorated and with all the comforts of home. The bed was so comfortable that if the weather wasn't so nice, I might have slept the entire time.
Excellent location, we were within 10 minutes of 10 Golf Courses, it was heaven. Shopping was 2 minutes away, along with a ton of restaurants. We used the provided bbq too, and the kitchen is greatly equipped if you want to stay in and cook.
We intend on staying again, especially for the price. I can't believe the quality for the value. I love a good bargain! Cheaper than the hotels and a million times nicer.

This home was very clean, spacious, quiet and especially convenient to stores, restaurants, and I-10. It is awesome for Nascar Fans as it is close to the track or anyone else who wanted to stay on the west side of the Phoenix area. It is a newer property and could easily sleep more than 5 if the owner wanted to provide additional beds. The 3 high def TVs and garage parking were nice perks.
We would definitely rent it again.

AND "Thanksgiving" and "Christmas" there is a 5 night minimum stay at a  nightly rate of $159, or $799 per week. You are less than 10 minutes away from these events. You can't get a single hotel room this close for these rates!

We participate in the FREE HomeAway Rental Guarantee Program. When you register your booking with us, HomeAway guarantees all unrefunded payments made by you up to $5,000. In the event that our listing is determined not to be legitimate in accordance with HomeAway policy, HomeAway will reimburse you for actual amounts paid by you (up to $5,000).

$100 cleaning fee per stay.
A Credit Card Convenience Fee of 2.9% Will Apply.
April through October, we pay the first $25 per week, $100 per month of Electric/Air Conditioning. Additional consumption will charged to our guests.
Refundable deposit of $100 per week, Maximum $400 is due to cover charges, damages or excessive cleaning.
