Summer rental- $4,000 to $8,000 per wk, or $15,000 to $25,000 per month depending on the total number of guests. Rates are negotiated based on the paticular summer month (with July & August being the peak rental months), and the total number of guests.

The maximum for the Main House is 8 persons. Stately residence in very private location with panoramic views, near Second and Third beaches, vineyards, and the Norman Bird Sanctuary. 5 minutes to downtown Newport.

Offered separately for $1,200 - $1,400 is the Guest Cottage described under "Amenities" on this web site. If you wish to add this for your family/nanny/in-law's, we can negotiate a single rental for both locations. They are rented separately, and of course is subject to both properties being simultaneosuly available. Great location for larger family gatherings, wedding parties, corporate retreats, and small reunions.
