Vacation Rental Description (Wheelchair Accessible)
This lower level one bedroom, one bathroom condo, is very spacious, 780 square feet, and has been
professionally decorated and upgraded. The bedroom has a pillow top king size bed with TV and a
separate patio. The living room has a leather sofa and loveseat, stereo system, TV, DVD & VCR, a wood
burning fireplace and a separate patio. The kitchen is large with all utensils necessary for your
cooking needs. The appliances are top of the line and the range has a separate broiler. A washer
and dryer are provided for your laundry needs.
The condo itself overlooks the green belt. One private covered assigned parking space is provided
and there are plenty of uncovered spaces available for visitors.
The Pointe Resort itself is a gated community located 15 minutes from Downtown and the airport. It
is an extremely attractive complex with green belts, palm trees, 3 swimming pools, 3 jacuzzis,
tennis and basketball courts.
