This is a waterfront home located directly on Lake Geneva, a lake with world class boating and
beauty. Our house is located near the town of Williams Bay, the house is short walk on the lakefront
path to Aurora University and the acclaimed summer concert series, "Music by the Lake". The house has
4 bedrooms with views of the lake, 1.75 bathrooms. Sleeping accommodations for 10. There are stunning
views of the lake from the master bedroom and the enclosed front porch. This is a simple house with a
cabin feel with homey furniture. It is not formal. This house is Authentic Victorian.

Direct access to Lake Geneva is the main amenity. There is a private pier with a dingy dock and a
boat buoy off the pier. There is plenty of space for tying up a ski boat on the pier. Since our pier
one of the longest in the Oak Bank neighborhood, we have the honor of having a Marine Postal
Delivery. If you receive a post card, the boat will deliver it right to the pier. If the flag on the
box is raised, the marine delivery girl will jump on the end of the pier and pick up or deliver your
mail.

Direct access to the beautiful lakefront pathway allows for leisurely scenic walks. This path extends
around the entire lake for those who are energetic. This is a prehistoric pathway originally created
by the local Indians. Convents require every lakefront house maintain this pathway and allow access
to all. This is a great way to see the historic mansions.

Aurora University and the famed Water Safety Patrol are close by. A favorite outing for our family is
to visit the College Inn and the ice cream parlor at the university. You can also walk to the campus
dining room for dinner if you do not feel like cooking.

Physical amenities are: Fully Equipped Kitchen, Washer and Dryer, Stereo, TV, Gas Grill.

Near by Activities and Attractions are: George Williams Golf course, Yerkes observatory (Great
Tours), Shopping in the Town of Lake Geneva, Cheese shops in Town, Boat Rentals at Gordy’s in
Fontana, Lady of the Lake, Water Tours of the lake starting at George Williams Camp, Drive your boat
to restaurants on the lake, Water Skiing, Tubing, and of course world class sailing (Both sailing
lessons and observing)

vacation rental rates

Because we are in the process of up-grading the house this year our summer rate have been reduced.
Next year the rates will be higher. The rate in August 2008 is $3500 per week with a 5% reduction for
multiple weeks. Rates for September are $2000 per week and in October are $1500 per week. This is a
great time to see the beautiful fall colors.

The rental starts at 4:00 pm Friday ending the following Friday at 10:00 am
