Meredith House in Spring Hill

Meredith House is located in a quiet community and backs up to a small pond called Lake Nino. This
home is very private. You can sit on the lanai and watch birds and ducks in and around the pond.
The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths a family room with cable TV and a fold out sofa to accommodate more
sleeping area. There is separate dining room and living room overlooking the pool.

The home is furnished and has a fully functional kitchen with pots pans and dinnerware. We are
close to theme parks and the beach. There is cable TV in the family room and master bedroom and the
third bedroom has a TV with DVD player for movie or cartoon watching. The pool is heated in the
winter months.

You will be within 2 blocks of a new library, get a book and relax on the lanai with a big glass of
iced tea!

You are less than 2 hours from Disney World, 50 minutes from Busch Gardens and only 10 minutes from
local Gulf Coast Beaches and parks. Go to Weeki Wachee and see the mermaid show. Swim at Buccaneer
Bay Park and visit the wild life park.

Every known type of restaurant is within minutes of the house, so why cook?

We are close to golf courses, the bowling ally and public parks, yet you can still retreat to the
pool area and be completely private.

Meredith house rents for $650.00 per week from May to Sept. and $750.00 per week from Oct to April.
There is a two week minimum and a $200.00 deposit required at the time of commitment. The deposit
will be refunded within 30 days of termination of the rental period and successful inspection of the
property.
