Two heated pools and ten tennis courts are at your service for plenty outdoor recreation.  Don’t
forget to apply sun block before going outside! Bonita Beach and its surrounding area of Naples and
Ft. Myers provide you with everything you might need.  There are many restaurants in the area that
are high quality places to enjoy fine dining. Many of these restaurants offer a glorious view of the
Gulf.  Fresh seafood stores as well as farmers markets are nearby if you decide to cook your own
recipes.  There are also lots of water sports available to keep you busy: such as parasailing, jet
skiing, sport fishing, or deep sea fishing.  Bonita Springs has many unique shopping areas with many
boutiques, art galleries, and outlet malls.  Not to be forgotten are the “famous flea markets” that
are right next to Route 75.The perfect way to end your day is on the balcony of your room.  Be sure
to enjoy the view of the glorious Bonita sunset.  Do not spoil the dream impression by turning on
the TV.

11% Florida tax, - there are no other fees except $250 Damage/security refundable fee ( if reservation
is not cancelled ) and $90 cleaning & linen restock fee. Paid in full 60 days before entry. Deposit
to secure condo reservation is $25o. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change
without notice.
