Key West Villa - Sunset Village Sandpiper Bay in Sunset Beach

Welcome to Sunset Village at Sandpiper Bay Golf & Country Club in
Sunset Beach, NC. Sunset Beach is the most southern barrier island
of coastal carolina with a fishing pier, local shops, delis, bike
and boat rentals. A sandy 3-mile beach offers tranquility and
relaxation with no high-rise hotels. The wide shallow water beaches
make the ocean family friendly. Sunset Beach is located out of the
hustle and bustle but conveniently located between historic
Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC. The villa is 10 min. to the
beach.

Golf! Golf! Golf! Golf is available at Sandpiper Bay and in over
100 surrounding championship courses. Sunset Village is located
between the 4th & 7th fairway of the Dan Maples designed 27-hole
Sandpiper course. Golfing is a 364 day event!

This villa has great water views and is decorator funished and custom painted with Key West theme furnishings. It is bright and open and extremely comfortable. 

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a large open great room with vaulted
ceiling, dining area seating six comfortably, full size kitchen w/pantry and a screened porch overlooking a canal and a golf tee box. 

We supply a Pack 'n Play so you can bring the baby, too!

The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, a walk-in closet and
private bathroom. There is a sliding door to a screened porch. The
other two bedrooms each have two twin beds. There is also a pull-out sleep sofa in the great room.  The unit sleeps six very comfortably.

The full size kitchen is completely equipped for all your meal preparation needs. The great room has generous comfortable seating. There are ceiling fans
throughout, TV/DVD/VCR in the great room and all bedrooms have a TV, full size
clothes/dryer, iron/ironing board.

The villa is a 2nd floor (top floor) end unit with extra windows
that has a bright and cheery atmosphere. The front entry has a very
large pond and fountain view. The screened porch/back of the villa
has a tranquil lagoon and golf course with vista views. Gorgeous
views from front to back just makes you "feel good"! The swimming
pool is a very, very short walk. There are two pools/jacuzzi, tennis
court and a grill (community shared). The villa has an upscale look
with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

Parking is in front of the building, steps from the stairs.  There is also a bicycle rack nearby.

For the comfort of all our guests, no smoking, no pets.

Two supermarkets are within a couple of miles, as is a drugstore and several restaurants and coffee shops.  And of course, the beautiful, flat, walkable, family-friendly beaches are close by. 

Golf courses, fancy miniature golf, executive par-three golf courses surround the area, or shop 'til you drop (Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Hwy 501 Outlets, Colonial Mall and the brand new Grand Coastal Mall). 

Nearby Myrtle Beach and the "low country" has restaurants galore, restaurant row, water parks, amusement park, NASCAR Speed Park, deep sea fishing, river cruise, boating, casino cruise, cinemas, winery tours, golf stores, zoo, Ripley's Aquarium, Alligator Adventure, Myrtle Beach "Shagging Clubs", Palace Theatre, Dixie Stampede, Carolina Opry, House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, Planet Hollywood, Hard Rock Cafe and much more.

Historic downtown Wilmington has a Riverwalk, great restaurants and shops, the Battleship North Carolina to explore, beautiful old homes and much, much, more.
