4 Bedroom, 2 bath, 2 story Chalet with huge multi-level outdoor decks and detached 2 car garage in
rural Lake Tahoe mountain setting. Quiet neighborhood with excellent winter access. South facing
sunny upstairs and downstairs with mostly glass windows. 6 person jacuzzi on back deck through
sliding glass doors -- overlooking mountain meadow and distant mountains. Sleeps up to 12 with off-

Beautifully and completely furnished with all the amenities. 3 TVs, 2 with DVD/VCR, 2 with basic
cable, 1 with premium upgrade. Free WiFi Wireless Internet Access. Stereo with I-pod jack in living
room. 3 bedrooms with queen beds. Air Hockey game in kids bunk room upstairs with 4 single beds and
1 double. Gas heat and stove and separate glass-front wood stove that really cranks out the heat in
winter. Plenty of wood split and stacked in woodshed. Winter snow removal service for drive-way and
decks. Several children's snow sleds available. Grocery store and gas 1/3 mile away.

5 miles from Lake Tahoe and Casinos. Heavenly Valley and Sierra-At-Tahoe Ski areas 15 minutes away.
Echo Summit snow play area 10 minutes away. 2 golf courses within 1 mile with snowmobile activities
in winter. Tahoe Paradise Beach and Tennis access within 1 mile. X-Country ski out the back door
over 60 acres of forest services land. Plenty of mountain biking and x-country skiing in immediate
vicinity.

$800 per non-holiday week.
$1000 for winter/summer peak periods.
$1200 - $1500 per holiday week.
$1500 for Christmas and New Years weeks.
Additional 10% Occupancy tax required by County of El Dorado.
Refundable 50% Damage Deposit -- $1000 max. Will be refunded in full within 2 weeks of departure if
no damage. Pet damage deposit additional $10 per pet per day.
50% rental deposit required to hold requested dates. 100% refundable 75 days before rental, 50%
refundable 45 days before rental, 25% refundable 15 days before rental.
Remainder of Rent, Damage Deposit and 10% Occupancy tax to be paid at least 15 days in advance of
first rental date.
Cleaning fee: $140 minimum.
All charges due and payable in advance.
Discounts for longer stays are negotiable -- Min monthly stay: $2500.
