Ocean Condos, a brand new,quiet 16 unit private Luxury Condo on  
Indian  
Rocks Beach,with pool,hot tub,elevator,a spectacular view from a 12  
foot patio door on large 10 by 14 balcony.Our condo is the largest  
in the building. This could be a perfect place for you, to have the  
holiday of your life.

Our rates are the lowest on the beach. 
We also have a second condo on the same floor if you need 2. 
The pool the sunsets and hot tub are fantastic. 
 
Our condo is just 3 miles south of Clearwater and 1 mile south or  
the beautiful home of John Travolta, in Bellaire also located on our  
road.

When you walk north on our quiet beach, you may see him with some of  
his friends, although our beach is not very busy and the walk could  
end up being with just with you and your sweetheart. 
 
Nearby is great shopping, inexpensive restaurants, friendly churches  
(Indian Rocks Baptist, where over 4,000 meet each Sunday) and  
beautiful golf courses. 
 
From St. Peat’s Airport it is a 15 minute taxi drive and from Tampa  
it is 25 minutes. The shuttle is $ 12.50 or you can rent a car for  
the week. We have lots of covered parking. You should arrive at the  
beach in 30 minutes. 
 
This Beach front condo has everything you will need for a great  
holiday, two 38 “ TV, DVD, stereo, 2 bedrooms with KING bed in the  
master and 2 twin beds in the guest room and a pull out sofa for the  
extra guest. Each berdoom has a private washroom. The large living  
room with 2 sofas and entertainment center, a glass dining table,  
very exquisite furnishings and art, extra phone outlets for computer  
and a kitchen that has everything. We have all the instructions in  
our home to make your vacation perfect and relaxing. When you are  
finished a cleaning team will make sure our home is perfect for the  
next family.   
 
Disney, EPCOT, Cypress Gardens are just 1.30 minutes away and we  
usually drive there and back the same day. Bush Gardens is in Tampa  
30 minutes away. 
 
The beach is only 10 feet from the pool, only 70 feet from your  
door, and from your 10’ by 14’, balcony.

private stairs to your door and covered parking. 
You will live in luxury with antiques,DVD's,VCR,Four poster  
bed,linens,a light house theme and everything you need for a great  
vacation.

Walk on the quiet beach for miles,sit in the sand or relax at the  
pool or hot tub with a book. 
  
Our place is very quiet. 
 
After watching the great sunsets by the pool, relax and  
enjoy a movie on our flat 38" screen. 
 
Restraunts are close by,Red Lobster, Olive Garden,Guppies,Fathoms  
and minnature Golf will complete your evening. 
 
You will live in luxury until it's time to get back to reality. 
 
Clearwater is 10 minutes away with boating,sailing,golf and a busy  
crowded beach. Enjoy the peace and quiet here at Indian Rocks.
