Picturesque Hilltop Ski House On Old Farm in Weston

horns) The house is located
just 2 miles up the hill from beautiful and historic Weston, VT.

Until this season,the cozy house has been rented each winter offered
over the past fifteen years. Several renters have subsequently
purchased properties locally. There have been groups which alternate,
repeat families from neighboring states and a former World Cup skier
and coach for two years. Rentals and sales have slackened substantial-
ly this season and the skiing through December has been very good at
times.

Full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, etc. washer/dryer.
satellite tv. stereo. The house has an attached one car garage with
racks to store skis. There is a wood burning stove in the
living room; wood is provided and stored in the garage. Highspeed
internet access is provided through wifi/ DSL. The house has a patio
overlooking a field and a view of the valley below and
mountains beyond.At times, you look down on clouds.Sunrise,sunset and
the night skies when clear are outstanding.

3 ski areas are all within easy driving (Bromley 9 miles, Okemo 12
miles, Stratton 16 miles). The area offers many excellent
restaurants, the Vermont Country Store, Pfister and Taylor farms
sleigh rides, snowshoeing, sledding, and cross country skiing at Wild
Wings and Viking. The outlets of Manchester, VT are less than 20
miles away. In addition to the ski areas, amenities are available in
Manchester and Ludlow, VT.

Post holiday rates:Weekend (Fri & Sat nights) $350 plus cleaning fee
$80, added nights @ $150;
Weekly (7 nights)$1100 plus cleaning fee; (9 nights) $1400 plus
cleaning fee.
