Penthouse condo offers three bedrooms with a king size bed in the
master bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom and twin size
beds in the third bedroom, Airconditioned for your comfort, ceiling
fans, fully equip kitchen and an open dining and living room area
with vaulted ceilings. No other condo can offer the space of ours.
Each room has TV with either cable or satellite reception. A huge
balcony off the living room, dining room and Master suite offers a
spectacular view to the Caribbean and a chance to enjoy the tropical
breeze.

The Premier Penthouse unit features the most remarkable views from
it's incredible balcony. While other units offer lovely views, this
penthouse offers a balcony and view that can't be matched.

Down by the water, the pool deck is very large with lots of room to
sunbathe. An elevated shade pavilion between the pool and beach
gives a perfect vantage point for viewing both while comfortably out
of the sun. The pool is tremendous, with a bridge span, tiled "bar
stool" seats built-in and plenty of shallow area for young swimmers.
300 meters north along the beach is Senior Frogs, Carlos & Charlies,
La Bodega de Media restaurants, shopping, the ferry; essentially all
of "Playa del Carmen" is at your feet
