All reservations require total amount due at time of booking, $500.00 refundalbe security deposit, & $250.00 cleaning fee at time of booking. A cancelation fee will be accessed within 60 days of arrival. All refunds will be done after inspection, any damages or theft will be charged to guest (see contract for all legal information)
