A Unique Cayuga Lake Getaway at Wyers Point ! Two Cottages in Cayuga Lake

100 ft of LakeFront situated on western shore of Cayuga Lake sits on a
wooded private drive and this cottage compound offers two different
settings in one. Each structure can be rented separately or together
for a larger group or 2 families. This is a place for you and yours to
come and enjoy a special time together in a beautiful casual setting.

The c.1940 cozy camp is situated atop a spectacular cliff in the
woods and has drive-to-door access. Has a Living / dining room, Master
bedroom, Sleeping Porch, Bathroom, Kitchen. Deck area for dining, with
lawn overlooking Cayuga Lake, and Hammock and Firepit for roasting hot
dogs and marshmallows!
The Camp Cottage in the Woods has - Sleeping Porch with full bed & 2
twins, Bedroom with 1 Full bed, and a Living Room with 2 couches which

The Tower Cottage on the beach is a new contemporary modern and is an
amazing design experience. The 100 steps take you through the 3 levels
of indoor/outdoor living spaces. Spectacular unique views from each
level- Kitchen and Dining at 3rd level, a bedroom with 1 full bed & 2
twins and a full bath at 2nd level, then down to Living Room with a
full pull-out couch, ½ bath and outdoor deck and beach and dock and

There are 2 canoes, a Lazer sailboat, a rowboat, a landing dock and a
floating dock to swim to and plenty of deck areas to while away the
hours! Stargaze or watch a summer storm roll through on the roof deck!
Fishing off the dock or in the boats! Lots of life jackets!

Each kitchen has stove with oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and
coffeemaker. Pots and pans and table settings for 8. You can bring
your own disposables if you wish. Grocery Stores in Ovid or Trumansburg.
Each unit has a propane BBQ grill.

Each full bathroom has a shower. Bring your own Beach Towels!

There’s plenty to do on the lake or just hanging out in the hammock but…

Feel like touring in our area? You’re minutes away from some of the
best Cayuga Wine Trail Wineries. You can enjoy the natural beauty of
the gorges and tour the beautiful farmlands. The beautiful villages of
Sheldrake, Trumansburg, Ovid are not far away and offer restaurants,
ice creameries, and nightlife. Taughannock State Park has one of the
tallest waterfalls this side of the Mississippi and free evening
concerts in the park. If the racetrack is your thing- Watkins Glen is
close by! Ithaca is definitely worth driving to for graduations at Cornell
University & Ithaca College, theatre, music, shopping, or for that
"one sq. mile surrounded by reality" experience! There's also the
infamous
Grassroots Festival of Music and Dance! and County Fairs!

Tower Cottage on the Beach- sleeps 6
$250 per night 3 night minimum
$1500 per week

Camp Cottage in the Woods- sleeps 7
$175 per night 3 night minimum
$900 per week

Both the Camp Cottage and Tower Cottage Rental - sleeps 13 together
$400 per night 3 night minimum
$2500 per week

$500 security deposit at time of booking. Deposit returned within 30
days after rental. Refund policy- No refund unless the period can be
re-booked. Security deposit not refunded prior to rental payment.
Please note that if you rent only 1 of the cottages, there may be
another group in the other cottage and the property and equipment will
be shared! Or bring along another family to rent the other cottage!
Bring your own linens and towels- or Linens are available for $35.00
for each cottage.
Please leave the cottage and site as clean as you found it or better!
Housekeeping services are available for $65.00 for each cottage.
Trash removal of 1 garbage can per cottage- $10.00 per extra bag of
trash -
We recycle! Please separate your trash! or carry in/carry out!
