all the pots, pans, dishes and glasses you need.

Dining room with pub table and six chairs. Two more chairs/stools to eat at granite bar between
living room and kitchen.

Living room has sectional couch with chaise and sleeper sofa. 36" flat screen TV, DVD and ceiling
fan.

Master suite is big with 2 closets (one is a walk-in), TV, rocker-recliner, queen sized bed, ceiling
fan. Very large master bath with walk in shower, double sinks and linen closet fully stocked with
bed linens and towels.

Second bedroom has queen sized sleeper sofa, chair, computer armoire and full sized closet. Can be
used as a den. Full guest bathroom with tub and shower.

Laundry room with washer/dryer. Two car garage. Rental includes cable, elecricity, pest control,
landscaping and twice weekly garbage pick-up.

The beautiful clubhouse at Tampa Bay Golf and Country Club has a huge pool, hot tub, library, fitness
room, card room, pool tables, large function room, bar and grill and pro shop. Special occasion
functions, social events and dinners are offered frequently. Chartered trips are also available.

There is, of course, the 18 hole golf course, plus a 9 hole executive course. Carts can be rented at
the pro shop.

Gated 55+ community is safe. First responders are community residents.

There is also a community center where many activities and functions are held.

Landscaping in the community is very attractive and well kept.

Tennis, shuffleboard, many clubs, organizations and classes offering yoga, knitting, computer skills,
