It will comfortably sleep up to 9 people and can be rented with the other property- Dolphin Watch to accomodate larger groups. This 3 story luxurious townhome has a large beautiful shared pool which is hardly ever used by other groups as it is in a 6 unit complex and the other units are owned by out-of-town owners. The enormous master suit covers 2/3 of the top floor. The carpeted suite has a king bed, large TV, desk and amazing view of the water. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and adjoing bathroom on the thrid floor. The third bedroom has bunk twin beds and a trundle pull out twin, adjoing bath and is on the main floor (2nd floor) next to the expansive main living areas and kitchen. The bottom floor is the garage. The private elevator (lift) services all floors. The house is easy walking distance to all the best part of the Clearwater Beach area. Also, the beach trolley stops outside the property's front door. The trolley can take you all around Clearwater beach and Redington Shores for a small fee. The area is more affordable, quieter and calmer than other prominent destinations. With its beautiful beaches, warm tropical breezes, and breathtaking sunsets – we have accommodations for everyone’s style and budget.
