sunny Florida lifestyle the huge lanai area to the rear features a
large solar heated pool with an integrated spa and an outdoor summer
kitchen. There is plenty of space for entertaining large gatherings
in style or for simply lounging quietly in the warm sunshine
watching the pelicans and dolphins.
Truly a boater's dream, there is a large deck and a wraparound dock
with a boat lift. This provides unrestricted access to the
Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico beyond. Some of the
finest boating and fishing waters are literally in your back yard.
Boats can be hired on a daily or weekly basis and for those wanting
to enjoy secluded beaches the islands of Sanibel and Captiva can be
easily reached within 15-20 minutes.
If a change of pace is needed, then pop over to the local Cape Coral
beach less than 10 minutes away. The more colourful and lively Fort
Myers beach 15-20 minutes away will satisfy even the most fun-loving
individual with its parasailing and jet-skiing, plus many bars and
restaurants. Alternatively, other activities ranging from golfing
and cycling through to ECO-exploring are sure to appeal to those
looking for non-beach pursuits.
River Dawn can comfortably house two families as there are two
completely separate king suites for the parents and sufficient
bedrooms and bathrooms for the rest of the family! Plus there are

minutes from the main shopping areas and restaurants. Fort Myers
with its extensive shopping facilities is easily accessible in
minutes via either the Cape Coral or Mid-point bridges. Cape Coral
beach can be reached in less than 10 minutes, whilst Fort Myers
Beach is approximately 15-20 minutes by car. Sanibel and Captiva
islands are about 15-20 minutes by car (or approximately the same by
boat!).
Local activities include boating, fishing, jet-skiing, golf,
cycling, tennis, parasailing, swimming, diving, water skiing and
windsurfing.
Restaurants and shopping are just minutes away and there are many
local golf courses.
The Orlando theme parks are 3 hours by car. Busch Gardens is
approximately 2 hours away.
The property is only 25 minutes from South West Florida
International (Fort Myers) airport. Approximately 2 hours from Miami
International or Tampa airports.
