elevation is approximately 8,000ft. The Village, with dining, shopping, and gondola to Canyon Lodge
ski lifts is located just a 5 minute walk away so there is no need to hassle with limited ski season
parking! It is also less than a two minute bike ride from the house to access the mountain bike park
shuttle or ride the National Forestry maintained trails. In addition, the house backs up to a
National Forest so you've got awesome views and tons of backyard for winter snow play!
This home boasts three bedrooms plus a third story loft. The kitchen includes all appliances and
cooking utensils and has a desk area with high speed internet access.
The large living room has a rock hearth fireplace and TV with a selection of DVD movies. The
back deck can be accessed from the kitchen or living room and has a gas barbeque grill. Downstairs
is a large solarium. The driveway has enough parking for four vehicles.
