Nicely and comfortably furnished, this one bedroom, one bath condo is fully equipped with all you will need to spend a month or the season. The condo is located a quick 5 miles from the Anna Maria Island beaches, 1.5 miles from IMG Tennis and Golf Academy and just a few miles from McKecknie field. It is convenient to 3 major airports, Sarasota/Bradenton International, Tampa International and St Pete/Clearwater Airport. The kitchen is very well equipped from the modern stainless steel appliances, including microwave and diswasher, to a full assortment of dishes, cookware and utensils. The livingroom is comfortably furnished and includes a flat screen TV over the fireplace and DVD player. Drink your morning coffee on the screened patio overlooking a private wooded setting or step out on the large covered front porch after a good night's rest in the comfortable king size bed. An ample supply of linens and towels are provided and a washer and dryer are located within the condo unit. Cable TV and wireless internet are included. We are sorry, but for the comfort of all of our future guests, we can not allow pets or smoking in the condo unit.

The gated community has two resort style pools (one heated) with plenty of sundeck chairs as well as shaded lounging areas. A large jacuzzi is located at the main pool and there is a grill and covered
picnic table as well. There are plenty of paved roads and sidewalks to walk and enjoy the mature and
lush landscaping. You can relax in the swing overlooking the pond or play tennis on one of the two  tennis courts. A business center is located at the clubhouse with computer and fax
capabilities and the pool area is equipped with wireless internet. A car wash facilty is also located
on the property. At the clubhouse, you will find a well equiped exercise room.

There is plenty to do in the area and the property is located within walking distance of restaurants,
shopping and movie theaters. A short drive can get you to some of the best beaches and golf courses in Florida. There is also boating and many other cultural and entertainment activities in the area.

11.5% Florida and Local Sales and Resort Taxes will be added to all rentals for 6 months or less
