Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy your stay at our newly redecorated lake house in Twin Island Estates.  The Estates is built  
down to the shoreline of Table Rock Lake.  Our house is located about 5 minutes from Big Cedar  
Lodge where you can have a wonderful dinner or hire a fishing guide, and 15-20 minutes from Branson  
and all of the fine restaurants, attractions, shows, and activities.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The house features new tile floors, Zodiak Quartz countertops, new carpeting, new fixtures, and new  
furniture.  The leather sofa and chair in the living room are unbelievably soft and comfortable,  
and a 50 inch digital TV with DirecTV service is also included.  There is also a built in wet bar  
in the living room.  The reading area has two comfortable huge recliners.  The dining area is  
sextagonal with 3 sets of windows looking toward the lake, and a door to the deck.  A gas BBQ is  
available on the deck.  The kitchen has a new pantry and is fully furnished with new top of the  
line large appliances, and with small appliances as well.  Complete sets of silverware, plates,  
glassware, pots and pans, and cooking utinsils, etc., are available for use.  The garage contains a  
top of the line washer and dryer set with laundry products included, as well as parking for one  
car.  The master bedroom contains a king size adjustable bed with Tempur-Pedic (memory foam)  
matresses, a large dresser, a chest of drawers, 2 night stands with lamps, and a computer desk.   
The bedroom also has a bay window with a seat.  The master bathroom includes 2 sinks, with a  
toilet, a separate shower, and a jacuzzi tub.  The second bedroom contains a king size bed with a  
memory foam topper, 1 nightstand and lamp, and 1 chest of drawers.  The third bedroom contains a  
queen size bed, 2 night stands and lamps, and a chest of drawers.  Towels and bedding are  
furnished.  All the bedrooms have walk-in closets.  The downstairs bathroom contains a bathtub- 
shower combination and is directly across the hall from the second and third bedrooms.

Activities and Attractions

The Branson area and Table Rock Lake offer a huge variety of activities... too many to name them  
all.  Branson has some fabulous restaurants, great shows, outdoor activities (such as horseback  
riding, swimming, golf, and fishing),  outlet shopping, Silver Dollar City,  Celebration City,  
White Water Rapids, the Ozark Railway, and exploring The Landing.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1650 per week, one week minimum 
     Adults only... seniors preferable 
     Maximum of 6 people 
      
     $500 refundable security deposit 
     $150 non-refundable cleaning fee
