Casa Bella is a 1BR/1BA condo providing spectacular views of Banderas
Bay from the 14th floor window and balcony. Located right on the
beach in the Holiday Inn resort complex in the heart of the Hotel
Zone, situated on a bus line and is only a a few minutes (no rental
car required!) from downtown.

Full resort amenities are available for guests, including a private
beach with chaise lounges, a beautiful pool with swim-up bar,
Jacuzzis and free beach towels, on-site restaurants and bars, (15%
discount for guests), and free Kid's Club(high time) and daily resort
activities. There are on-site shops, laundry facilities next door,
beauty salon, and a business center with high-speed internet
access.

This condo's bedroom has a King bed and loveseat (dbl sofa bed), an
entertainment unit with TV/VCR and shuttered windows providing a view
of the bay from the bed. A queen sofa sleeper in the living
area sleeps two. Occupancy is limited to, 2 adult guests in the unit
or a couple with up to 3 children. There is a sunken living area,
kitchenette/breakfast bar with pots, dishes and utensils. A romantic
balcony with a patio set to seat 4 provides gorgeous sunset views of
Banderas Bay and the mountains.
