Vacation Rental Amenities

3 bedrooms, 3 full baths.Tile flooring in hall,living, dinning 
kitchen and balcony areas. Both master suite and guest room have TV,&
king size beds,directly facing ocean,enable to enjoy watching the 
spectacular early sunrise,panoramic view of ocean and white sand 
beach. The 3rd room has two single beds.                           
A double width front living room direct facing ocean, has two brand 
new queen size sofas providindg plenty of sitting space for your 
family and guests,new coffee table and end tables ,new TV with 
DVD.new dinning table with 6 new chairs. two  
bar stool at counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with all 
necessary 
cooking utensils, microwave oven,coffee maker,toaster,dishwasher,tabl
eware,etc. 
Cable TV,local phone service. Condo common facilities provide pool, 
sunna,jacuzzi,children game room,exercise room. A very large 
fantastic club house on top floor with gorgeous panoramic view of 
beach and river.  

Activities and Attractions

lot of golf courses nearby, 10 minute to Daytona international 
speedway. about one to one and half hour to orlando, Disney. Epcot. 
Universal  studios,and sea world.  one hour to Kennedy space center 
biking, fishing, sailing,boating,surfing, 
parasailing ,jetski ,casino 
boat cruise, fine dining, excellent shopping, all kind of 
water activities at beach.

Vacation Rental Rates

** Minimal rental: Two weeks
                            for two weeks                                      
February,March, June,July   $2000 to $2500

January, August, April      $1800 to $2000

May, Sept. to  December     $1700  to $1800 

sorry. no pets ,no smoking allowed, $300 security deposit(refundable 
if no damage to the condo unit), $85 cleaning fee. 12.5% sale tax 
are required ,call for special monthly rate (from $2200 to $3250), 
rates are higher during holiday seasons or special events.
For cancellation ,requiring at least 60 days in advance notice
