New Lakehouse on Pettibone Lake in Baldwin

Our cottage (Lake House) was just built/completed in June of 2008. It is located on a 55 acre (approx.) all
sports, Pettibone Lake in Bitely, Mi. south of Baldwin. The 50 ft.
sandy beach frontage offers a
dock, paddleboat, 3 single person kayaks, one two person kayak,
various beach toys and a 12 foot
fishing boat. The lake has a sand bar (sunken island to the kids)
and a great lillipad area for
catching (netting) turtles (nicknamed turtle central).

The cottage is 1250 square feet with addtional 750 square feet in
the finished walkout basement. The cottage
has an upper level 16 x 28 deck and lower walkout patio, both over
looking the lake. The cottage
features three bedrooms. The master bedroom(15 x16) is upstairs and
has a king size bed and a master
bath. The second bedroom is located on the main floor (queen bed).
The bunkroom has two sets of bunk
beds. The main floor has a full bath. The cathedral great room has a
gas fireplace w/ French doors
leading to the deck. The cottage is tastefully decorated with a
beach decor. The basement has two
sets of sliding glass doors going to the patio area. The carpeted walkout basement area has a separate living area with a TV and sofa. There is a room in the basement with a KING bed. The house is a
great place to relax and enjoy nature, in all seasons. Many people
enjoy snowmobiling in the area or riding dirt bikes.

1 additional room in the walkout basement (1-king bed) There is also a bathroom in the basement. Accomodations are set for 6-Adults; 4-Children max.

The first two weeks of June 2010, weekly rental only, $1500.00 per week
plus $250.00 security deposit, check in at 3PM and check out the following week end at 11:30 AM

June 19 - August, weekly rental only, $1900 per week plus $250
security deposit 

Sept. - May
Daily rental rate @ $225.00 per night, $1400 per week, $200 security
deposit, with a two night minimum stay
Monthly rental possible,during off season

Terms: One-half rental fee must be paid to reserve the house. The remaining balance and security deposit paid 30 prior to arrival. Security deposit is fully refunded with in two weeks.

No smoking inside of the cottage
