Vacation Rental Description

This quaint apartment is located in the East Village on St Marks 
Place at First Avenue.  The area is hopping with hip restaurants, 
bars, coffee and tea shops, clothing stores, cheap eateries, ice 
cream parlors, grocery stores, laundry mat, and much, much more.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The apartment conveniently located on the first floor of the 
building.  The large windows in the bedroom and the living room look 
directly over St Marks place giving the real feeling of being in the 
heart of everything.  It consists of a separate bedroom with a queen 
size bed, kitchen, dining, and living room combination and a very 
nice sized separate bathroom (by NYC standards). There is a high 
speed internet connection, telephone, fax machine, large screen tv, 
dvd player and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.  There is 
an 
EXTREMELY comfortable full size blow up bed with a convenient pump 
and linens that will accommodate up to two more guests.
The apartment also has central air and heat.

Activities and Attractions

The East Village is very convenient if you like to spend time Uptown 
or Downtown.  The subway is just at Astor Place, which is about an 8 
minute walk from the apartment.  First Avenue has taxis available at 
all times, which can take you straight up or down.  Soho and 
Greenwich Village are both about a 15 minute walk from here.  There 
is also Tompkins Square Park 1 block from the apartment.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Nightly (4 night minimum) $200 
Weekly $1375 
Monthy $3000  
A $75 cleaning fee will be added to each rental total.  READ BELOW:

PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL TO CONFIRM BOOKING.  OVERNIGHT DELIVERY OF PAYMENT IS 
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED DUE TO THE HIGH DEMAND OF THIS RENTAL.  WE CANNOT HOLD 
THE APT FOR MORE THAN 2 DAYS NO MATTER WHAT.
