Absolutely stunning loft on beautiful historic sight with private entrance.
This loft was lovingly restored in 2007. Attention was paid to preserve all of it's charm while
providing the convieniences and comforts of today.
You will enjoy the amazing views of the Lachine canal, lake St. Louis and historic district.
We are located 10 minutes from the Montreal International airport, 15 minutes from downtown Montreal,
steps to fine dining. We are literally across the street from north Americas longest bicycle path
which also accomodates roller bladers as well as a path for a romantic stroll along the lake.
You will be charmed by the lovely cathedral ceilings, the 300 year old pine floors and the amazing
space of the loft. Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen. Lay back and relax in our large claw foot
bathtub.

There are two spacious rooms and one large bathroom featuring the following amenities:
An open loft with cathedral cealings including a gourmet kitchen, a dining room, as well as a living
and sleeping area the whole with exposed original beams;
An outstanding bathroom with a claw foot bathtub, antique pedestal sink as well as a separate shower;
A separate room used as a second bedroom/sitting room with two single beds that can always
accomodate a third bed, if required. This room is equipped with a wood burning stove.
The loft comes fully equipped with air conditionning, TV, DVD, stereo, wireless internet, telephone
for local calls, full size washer and dryer, refrigerator, Jenn-Air cooktop, wall oven, dishwasher,
microwave oven.

Montreal is the proud host of the largest Jazz Festival, the Just For Laughs Festival, the Grand Prix
and an abondance of summer Theaters.
Cycling, rollerblading, boating, kayaking, skating, skiing.
And if shopping is an activity for you you certainly will not be dissapointed.
Montreal is also the home of hundreds of gourmet restaurants, some of which are walking distance.
