Timber Falls is located in the East Vail area, four miles east of the Vail Village. The Town of Vail
provides bus service from Timber Falls to Vail Village free of charge. Bus service runs as
frequently as every 15 minutes during the ski season, twenty hours a day. This first floor unit is
only a 50 yard walk to the bus stop and is only 4-5 miles from Vail Village.
The views from Timber Falls are phenomenal with all units either sitting on the banks of the Gore
Creek or looking out toward the White River National Forest. The condominiums are privately owned
and fully equipped for your convenience and enjoyment. This three bedroom three bath condo is about 1200 square feet and is all on one level. Each of the bedrooms has a queen bed with a sleeper sofa in the living room. The Timber Falls complex does have tennis courts and a summer pool. It's only a mile to a fitness facility if needed.

1/4/10 to 2/09/10  -      $370 per night - 3 night minimum
2/10/10 to 3/26/10 -     $495 per night - 4 night minimum
3/27/10 to 4/25/10 -     $300 per night - 3 night minimum

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made outside of 30 days prior to your arrival will result in a $100 penalty fee.
Cancellations made inside of 30 days prior to your arrival will result in forfeiture of all monies.
Cancellation insurance is available through most insurance companies.
Pet Policy:
None of our properties are pet friendly.
Damage Policy:
Any damage to our properties will be your responsibility.
A credit card must be on file with Gore Creek Properties for any damages.
Smoking is not allowed in any accommodation. Please smoke outside.
Check-in and Check-out:
CHECK IN TIME IS AT 3:00 p.m. CHECK OUT TIME IS AT 10:00 a.m. Please make travel plans accordingly.
