This charming, newly refurbished, 1840s Victorian home is located in
the heart of the Leatherstocking region, and is just waiting to make
your visit a pleasure.

Only a 20 minute drive to baseball camps in Cooperstown (14 miles) and Oneonta (16 miles).

Located in the upper Catskills, this lovely home is ideal for vacationers, weary travelers, hunters, leaf-peepers, college and business visitors, and families relocating to the area.

Fleurs de Jardin, one of the oldest houses in the village of
Schenevus, has been beautifully renovated to hold its own in the 21st
century:

• A modern kitchen with dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave;
• High speed Internet;
• A library with a good supply of reading material, games and toys;
• living room with TV and DVD.
• The main bedroom has a queen bed and attached full bathroom.
• The other bedrooms consist of one with a full and twin bed, another with a full bed and a fourth bedroom with a twin bed.
• Air conditioners keep the place comfortably cool!
• There are two more full bathrooms - one on the first floor and one on the second floor.
• There are three TVs in the house. 
• Behind the house is a large private stone patio with a gas grill and summer furniture.

Just twenty minutes away from the baseball camps of Cooperstown and
Oneonta, and close to colleges in Oneonta and Cobleskill, this country
residence provides you with easy access to fishing, hiking, hunting,
museums and lots of other activities for the whole family.

Rates Friday after 5:00 p.m. through Friday before 11:00 a.m.
May through August $1100 per week
September through April $850 per week
Prices subject to change and 4% bed tax
$50.00 cancellation fee
