Here's the answer!  Enjoy the privacy and comfort of your own  
luxurious vacation property on quiet side street only minutes to the  
beach. 
 
This house is very spacious with four bedrooms, vaulted ceilings  
throughout, over 1,750 square feet excluding the lanai and is in  
absolutely pristine condition.  The property is loaded with  
upgrades!   It features 18” stone tile flooring, custom wood  
moldings throughout, designer kitchen with Corian counters and  
premium appliances, paver driveway and walkways, 2 car garage with  
electric opener, and a screened in private pool with cascading  
waterfall. In August 2008, we completely redecorated the house with brand new  
furniture, new lighting, fans, paint, etc! It is a comfortable, tropical  
haven! 
 
Included are all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and  
relaxing. The home is tastefully decorated, and has all new small appliances,  
TVs, Surround Sound Stereo system, kitchenware, bedding and linens,  
full size Maytag Neptune washer and dryer, four bicycles (3 adult, 1  
child), VCR, DVD, beach chairs, Nintendo Gamecube with 10 games and  
other puzzles and games for kids. High-speed internet is available  
upon request. 
 
The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, private bathroom  
and cable TV.  Bedroom #2 is equipped with a full size bed and cable  
TV.  Bedroom #3 is equipped with two twin beds. Bedroom #4 is  
equipped with a futon sofa that opens to a double bed, a large cable TV and  
Nintendo Gamecube. All  
linens, pillows, comforters and towels are provided - as well as a fully  
equipped kitchen. 
 
Centrally located on Marco Island, this property is just minutes to  
the beach, shopping, restaurants, and all Marco has to offer.   
Additionally, you are a short walk to Mackle park where there is a  
walking or rollerblading trail, basketball pavilion, awesome jungle  
gym for kids, shuffleboard, and my family’s favorite - free pool  
tables, ping pong and air hockey. 
 
The Marco/Naples area offers everything from picturesque and  
challengingpped with a full size bed and cable

12/20/08 - 04/25/09 $1450 per week - new lower rate for remaining weeks!! 
04/25/09 - 09/12/09 $850 per week 
 
Extended stay discounts offered. 
 
Premiums apply during Holiday weeks. 
 
Please add 10% for Florida State and Local Taxes.  There will be a  
cleaning fee of $110 for each rental.
