upgrades! It features 18½ in. stone tile flooring, custom wood
moldings throughout, designer kitchen with Corian counters and
premium appliances, paver driveway and walkways, 2 car garage with
electric opener, and a screened in private pool with cascading
waterfall. In August 2008, we completely redecorated the house with
brand new furniture, new lighting, fans, paint, etc! It is a comfortable, tropical
haven!
      Included are all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and
relaxing. The home is tastefully decorated, and has all new small
appliances, TVs, Surround Sound Stereo system, kitchenware, bedding and linens, full size Maytag Neptune washer and dryer, four bicycles (3 adult, 1
child), VCR, DVD, beach chairs, Nintendo Gamecube with 10 games and
other puzzles and games for kids. High-speed internet is available
upon request.
      The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, private bathroom
and cable TV. Bedroom #2 is equipped with a full size bed and cable
TV. Bedroom #3 is equipped with two twin beds. Bedroom #4 is
equipped with a futon sofa that opens to a double bed, a large cable
TV and Nintendo Gamecube. All linens, pillows, comforters and towels are provided - as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

      Centrally located on Marco Island, this property is just minutes to
the beach, shopping, restaurants, and all Marco has to offer.
Additionally, you are a short walk to Mackle Park, where there is a
walking/rollerblading trail, basketball pavilion, awesome jungle
gym and fun sprinkler area for kids, shuffleboard, and free pool tables, ping pong and air hockey.

The Marco/Naples area offers everything from picturesque and
challenging golf courses, both backwater and Gulf fishing, boating,
jet skiing, parasailing, everglade escapes, snorkeling and dining
experiences to match all tastes. Marco offers excellent shelling,
Gulf swimming and beautiful sunsets.
