Looking for responsible renter through October 2009. 1200.00 per month SEPT and OCT when taking both months. 1 month rent minimum for Winter 2009 - 2010 rates are as follows: November 1500.00, December 2000.00, Jan 3200.00 Feb, and March ALREADY RENTED FOR 2010, April 2000.00. There is a 10% discount for multiple Winter months. Must be non-smoker. 1 small pet is okay.
