vacation rental rates
You'll see my prices are a great deal and when possible I accommodate late check-out requests. After all, if your flight is in the evening who wants to spend their last day missing the beach when the condo is unoccupied.
$109/nt April 21 - December 16
$139/nt December 17 - April 20
State Tax 13.966%
Check out cleaning fee is $100
Minimum 4 nights. Cleaning fee and taxes apply and are added to all rentals.
I accept certified checks, bank drafts, money orders and wire transfers.
20% deposit due at time of reservation with a minimum of $200, the balance due 60 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation policy: A reservation means that I turn away those who would rent those nights from me. A cancellation of that reservation means I have less or no opportunity to rent those nights and the loss could be significant for me. So to be fair to myself and my customers my policy is this: If the cancellation is more then 61 days from check-in I'll gladly refund the deposit less $25 for my time and effort. If it is within 60 days of check-in, there is a cancellation fee equal to the money I received. However, I'll do my best to rent those days. If I can, I'll cheerfully refund whatever amount I can rent those days for, less a $25 fee for my time and effort.
